A crime-prone India alongside a criminally besieged Government in power is turning out to be disastrous and catastrophic not merely for its own citizens of honest category, making them martyrs for acting in self defense but for neighboring countries and powers around including the world as well.  Here is a Senior Citizen himself hailing from the same lineage of the descendants of the Dravidian Race making a primary and sincere bid to project a true picture of the state of affairs of the present day land which his forefathers had very diligently cultivated to making it a most spectacular nation with a string of harmonious people and generations.  But today after having watched this chaste and sublime nation of the Dravidian Era universally called “India” losing its shine at the hands of a criminal race and thereby tumbling down to a chaotic state from that of harmonious living as was existent only a few years back,  a nation which had made even the world acclaim it as a nation and people possessing tolerance which has now converted to a position of fear and panic by people and citizens as to what awaits each that could make people and themselves victims of plunder, butcher and arson at the hands of criminals owing allegiance to “Hinduism”, and which citizen is particularly keen on issuing a similar and prolific warning to an unsuspecting world around in the interest of humanity as also to uphold truth and justice of citizens to caution all that India has neither a government nor a law to protect citizens from the hands of criminals ransacking the country.

India has become a haphazard nation of mob fury and resultant massacre of innocents, not only making innocents martyrs with no justice being imparted by the criminality being upheld by the country but are also perforce made to suffer a life of frustration and panic.

The same criminal line up which destroyed and burnt many Churches in and around India, desecrated the sanctity of holy places, raped innocent and dedicated religious nuns, meted out persecution and threats to religious people are today silently watching a world moving alongside a crime world of a nation called India.

Honest and righteous citizens belonging to minority category of people are constantly being targeted and provoked by the crime syndicate of India’s extremist world making it a dangerous trend for the future of India and its generation of righteous citizens.

India is being presently managed by a Crime Syndicate comprising of Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists, Naxalites et al. the last two being heinous criminals with blood of thousands of innocent citizens of India’s honest category mowed and levelled down for no fault of theirs.  Neither Judiciary nor the criminals within government have any word of accusation against these dastardly elements nor any attempt being made to nab these criminals.

The Dravidians presently occupying the southern areas apart the Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and secular minded honest and righteous citizens are in unison craving to live a hard-fought life under the heinous deeds and decisions of a government with a line up of criminals that are adamant that the country must convert to an animal-oriented culture.

A Hard Breathing Narendra Modi keeps roaring his laughing stuff related to “swacch bharat” and digital mania only to amuse the very criminals that had successfully prodded an elevation to his party during the last Lok Sabha Elections, who keeps drum beating praise of people that have been put to death during the alleged Freedom Struggle but have no word of regret for the many Muslims killed by criminals of the line-up of India’s Crime Syndicate nor a word for the hapless citizens made to go astray through these criminals but were forced martyrdom under their very eye.

This Writer has been cautioning the world, nations, powers and people about the manner in which India has been ominously sliding in to a state of frequent tussle not merely with its immediate neighbours but between the Secular Minded Parties under Congress Party and that of the Criminal India comprising of the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists, Naxalites et al.

TV Serials and Media Projections, School syllabuses, children’s education, advertisements including speeches by lead elements of the criminal category of people in power and supporting elements have all but one only theme to project namely Hinduism.

This apart, all of a sudden this sublime nation which had hitherto risen to extreme prominence and graceful harmony has suddenly got wind of an assorted concern for animals and cows to protect which army of criminals and silent leadership are on line without even a word in support of human beings and citizens suffering under a vexatious religion that is making lives of citizens a hell of a misery except for the semblance of a concern being expressed some stray media and secular sympathisers.

The criminal outfits and their leadership keep targeting Muslims and Christians besides the Sikhs as well to threaten them with dire consequences on the strength of a government of criminals in power.  The elections are managed and stage-managed for them and their criminal band to remain in power making every attempt to dupe public and resort to all sorts of corrupt methods to hoodwink the electorate. The lead up to the next Lok Sabha Elections is going to be worse than the present one and the nation is likely to be in a quandary should these criminals manage to get back to power for the ensuing term as well. 

The only secular minded honest citizens under Congress Party has got split by stray people and parties joining the bandwagon of pestilent criminals to form separate parties.

Churches are surviving the hands and wrath of criminals with Police Assistance only whereas certain churches have round the clock Police Protection to protect the sanctity of the clergy and the faithful.

BJP Government is surviving in power with the tacit support and vote bank politics provided by the most heinous criminals in India the Maoists & Naxalites that are never nabbed, taken to task or made or forced to lead peaceful lives nor do these criminals let others live in peace.

Lust and concupiscence, females and their surrounding bodies have all of a sudden become the centre of attraction for people, media and criminals as well to have the bodily beauty made perfect by better beauty than spirituality and God Himself.

Thousands of citizens, human beings, females and children are going untraced and no Police Force worthy of giving protection to people nor capable of tracing the lost citizens and young ones including females, both young and old.

Modi keeps roaring without doing anything worthwhile while the government keeps humming their next term tune.  The Criminal Line-up are behind these criminally mauled elements that people’s welfare or progress are not their concern but their term and the next have become the primaries for the nation.

Modi and BJP government know very well that they need to stay on in power with the help and vote bank politics from the other line up of criminals namely the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Naxalites et al.  Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists, in order to ensure that more stringent measures and criminal methods can be adopted to force the nation to survive at the mercy of “Hinduism”.

Friends all - Convert to Christianity.  Christianity alone possesses the most sober and extremely modest a concept, having input and potential for catering to need and well-being of every human being – both of this nation in particular and the mankind in general. Everyone perceives life the way he finds it attractive and everyone contributes his share of life in the measure he deems it lucrative, however no person would ever decide to merge his precious life in to a common pool till one is convinced of acquiescing in a prospective life combined with happiness all around. 

In other words, every one picks up the thread of life in the manner it appears conducive to attaining his dream pinnacle.  Even so, no one attempts to define the sort of life one might want to choose from till one is convinced of some advantage in it or the extent to which it has potential to enhance his image, has the needed colour to fuel his taste, capacity to augment an altitude capable of meeting his imagination or to give a fillip to satiate his inclinations but above all he wants life to fulfil his cherished goal of acquiring a recognition with equal stature to have his image silhouetted against the background of an ascending phenomenon on the publicity front. 

Needless to say, there may even be few that may be eager to attain some level of plus-minus percentage on spirituality.  To this end everyone steers his course on an even keel hardly aware as to where life may lead him to.  Nevertheless, he conducts himself with conviction in a vain hope that he has to himself chalk out a path the manner he deems fit.  In doing so, he gathers inspiration from the elders whose caution allows him to add momentum in his pursuit, namely –

“To every man there open-eth a high way and a low,

And the high soul climbs the high way while the low soul gropes the low,

And the rest on the misty flats go to and fro,

But to every man there open-eth a high way and a low,

And every soul decide-th the way his soul shall go”.

A curious fact about life is that everyone has his own span beset with a billion or so problems and everyone dares to struggle or to endure the problems through thick and thin regardless of the extremes to which it might stretch or he may have to go in order to overcome or to traverse those billions of what one ordinarily refers to as problems, with determination so as to achieve a hundredfold happiness by hook or by crook, no matter what all difficulties might deter him of his advance.  This way life moves on more or less in a spirited manner without any hitch or a glitch.

There may be moments of exasperation that might bring about a discord or two in course of the struggle, but one ‘does not’ lose heart in the attempt to get to the target and so manages to persevere in one’s quest.  But when the going does get tough and the world starts weighing down heavily on to one’s mind then, one merely sits back and whispers a thing or to in to one’s own mind to mean – “after all, life is a struggle, one has to wade through it, be it shallow or be it deep”.  And no wonder it certainly is so, because the Almighty had destined it to be so.  This is only one side of the episode and there is also another side to the same concept, say for instance -

When everyone around acknowledges with conviction and zeal with even the world endorsing life as a boon to human beings, it therefore, behoves us in a very special way to graciously concede at least a semblance of our profound admiration for God, the Omnipotent and Omniscient Being for having created everything under the sky, like for instance the sun, the moon, the stars, the planets etc. each having its own unique features including man, each having varying specifics like say the image, feature, instinct, characteristic as also the temperament of human beings one different from the other.

Howsoever perplexing the overall phenomenon of creation might be, the entire concept of life backed by divine architecture ought to distinctly convey to people around the world a key element of divine will or say an expectation by God from human beings to be always submissive to Him as the super human power namely God. If therefore, God willed that His creation be different and peculiar in every aspect, then what ought to be our take?

There is no denying the fact that creation being a divinely conceived architecture, which demanded among other things that human beings, whatsoever their disposition be, whatsoever their innate tendencies may be or their existing differences as such like for instance the inequalities, inequity, disparity or imbalance or even the conflicting pattern, confronting posture, incongruent nature, contrasting features, complexion, outlook, belief or whatever their appearance or their wants may be, man and for that matter all human beings were expected of God to live together in peace and harmony bearing with each other’s shortcomings or assisting others to maintain their composure when and where needed without them ever losing their cool but above all without ever attempting to defy the will of Creator who alone as the giver of life had the right to create, recreate or even retrieve life the manner He desired. 

Naturally therefore, no human being much less a society, nation or humanity as a whole has any right to deprive self or another of his right to life and right to existence. Thus it so follows that God does not and cannot approve of human beings taking to crime and likewise law belittling Divinity or even some vested interests, associations, parties, gangs or outfits taking sides with two warring or contesting groups as is evident in the case of a number of criminal parties and outfits given shape to under names and styles namely the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists, Naxalites et al. 

That is to say, everyone is duty bound to respect human beings and so spread around that spirit of oneness within the purview of a concept namely “Universal Love and Brotherhood”.  If at all this can be achieved, then and then alone can one claim to be physically balanced, mentally flawless, emotionally serene, humanly civilized, morally perfect, psychologically composed, spiritually devout and to top it all constitutionally a law-abiding citizen.

Almighty designed a world full of diversity and divergence in every aspect of life where neither equality nor equanimity made any appearance whatsoever.  Even the most common and superbly precious feature, namely intelligence, which aspect minutely crowned the whole of a creation, there too its measure of allocation differed from individual to people.  Nevertheless, no human being would ever concur with or differ against the notion that the world came in to being for people to supersede one another or to hate each other or much less to massacre one another for enabling God to recreate a so called blunder.

Then how come criminals [in India] very much like extremists around the world, imagine their measly notion of distancing good, honest and righteous citizens would enable them or the world itself to survive divine wrath? Or are these criminals under an assumed impression that by loathing the righteous people they still would manage to have such tiny nation like India as compared to a mighty universe having a little over seven billion populace would manage to exist beyond its borders or even outside the bounds of an outlined map?  Criminals would do well to ponder over such specifics and allow scope to such brain racking exercise lest they get marginalised or isolated by nation and world in the long run?

The country needs to be proud that even as such reckless elements and atrocious criminals manage to co-exist with others on an utopian notion that their number is counter balanced by as many if not more of the honest and righteous citizens who prevent the world from sinking to catastrophic consequences Congress Party still stands solidly at the forefront of millions of honest citizens who are today proud that Shri Rahul Gandhi through his sheer wit managed to get hold of Punjab Electorate to come around to a secular view.  All cheers to Shri Rahul Gandhi.  This is what makes secularism a divinely ordained concept having a spiritually linked appeal to God and His Divinity and it is exactly here that Congress Party stands to gain as the rightful claimant for being elected to govern this Dravidian Land universally known as “India”.

No wonder then that, immediately after the British Administration surrendered the land to the natives, the right to lead, govern and rule the land including its people got spontaneously shifted to a hierarchy of hereditary citizens with dignity and élan under the hitherto known “Gandhi Family” which aspect got fully endorsed far and wide by people and citizens of the entire nation including a world of sophisticated leaders. 

And this way the nation progressed for decades without any hitch till the time these criminals comprising of wicked, greedy and ravenous elements deemed it their opportunity to ransack, plunder, confiscate loot or grab the enormous wealth, property and attractions of a lavishly streamlined democratic concept called India.  It was a nation spruced up under the Indian National Congress to set out on a mission of independent rule as envisaged by the Father of the Nation. 

The ancient adage rightly and appropriately prompts a lesson for India’s secular minded honest and righteous people to make note of namely “It is the bright day that brings forth the adder”.

Shakespeare might not have had in mind the present day criminals that have been rampaging this Dravidian Land commonly referred to as “India” and even today are rampaging the shine of the land by amassing unaccounted wealth, committing heinous crimes and devastating the land for living luxurious lives since pre-independent years, when he so accurately pronounced the above maxim to caution the citizens and people of integrity and secularism to beware of criminals namely the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists, Naxalites et al which elements more or less depict a curse on this chaste land of the ancient race known as Dravidians. 

However, the truth cannot be ignored as fiction even as reality itself becomes a fact as apparent from the foregone history, because the criminals never decided to stand with the nation namely India under the symbol of Indian National Congress for securing dignity of the nation as also its liberation, rather they parted ways deciding rather to divide the booty and wealth of the nation among themselves by looting and plundering the land even prior to nation gaining ground in its aspirations.

So the Indian National Congress which was constituted on 28^th December, 1885 was very conveniently forsaken by the above criminals under Keshav Baliram Hedgewar who very expediently formed the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh on 27^th September, 1925 out of which formation got fragmented the above mentioned criminals at a later stage but after India achieved its independence viz. Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists, Naxalites.

It is worth placing in print for record and contemplation by future generation of citizens and the world as a whole that just as India conspicuously manifests an admirable streak of diversity in its concept and outlook, there is also a great deal of diversity in its otherwise subdued tolerance as professed by the secular minded people but which is often times disputed by the communally maimed criminals to exhibit a clout vis-à-vis its neighbours.  The primary cause for all the diversion of views and manipulation by the governments is mostly owing to the stand taken by different governments to amuse the people rather than adduce a future for the upcoming generation to savour namely, an amicable future for all to treasure. 

Incidentally, with the freedom provided by the government and Constitution to assert one’s right to seek redressal of grievances enabled the reckless elements and criminally moulded mobs to take to streets for any and all demands to boost their already bulging fortunes and with the passage of time the government became hard-pressed to fulfil their unending demands.  Incidentally, after these shady characters and greedy elements took to devastating the shine of the land, India not only became a laughing stock for its own people and neighbours around but even the world started looking down upon India as a menace of crime and high-handedness against its own people and citizens. 

It so follows for a conclusion here that those parties and people that have eventually fallen out with the mainstream category of citizens classified under a secular vision and character, having shifted their overall outlook by following alien and different paths to achieve their narrow objectives ought to specifically be seen as enemies of the same land possessing an ill-conceived motive of ruining the country and its ethos with it, for which a hard-fought freedom entailing loss of many thousands of innocent lives, was achieved  at the instance of a decently framed “Peace and Non-Violence” by the Indian National Congress.

A stream of such criminal ploy to deprive India’s starving millions of their right to survive made this Writer put up a token slam of the age old criminals of this chaste land.

A poverty stricken India of the 1950’s that is immediately after India achieved its independence from foreign rule provides a dismal picture of a land swarming with Christian Families comprising of poor, young & old children, sick & ailing people and elderly citizens including females besides little children who, driven by severe hunger, pangs of illness, plague, starvation etc had been languishing or dying in hundreds across the country for whose survival there was need for immediate assistance to resurrect their lives from ebbing away in to a devastating nightmare.

The present day criminals namely the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites etc. which were then grouped under one whole entity identified as Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, which criminals had butchered many innocent human beings in cold blood and plundered their wealth, property and thereafter, confiscated many of their mansions including large stocks of grain and other edible food-stuffs but never cared to help those starving Christian families, among which number happened to be this Writer both as a child as well as a witness to the stark reality of high-handedness by these criminals. 

In such a precarious situation when no aid for survival of these families including children was forthcoming and since none of the present day criminals namely Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites made any move to help these citizens, compatriots and country cousins of same blood and identical feelings, to tide over the difficulties so faced by them, it was God-sent to find a number of very gentle and well-to-do families and philanthropists from abroad who very benevolently came forward in large numbers to help the starving people and families by way of despatching edible items like milk powder, grain, pulses etc. and many even started donating monetary benefits for people to survive. 

This Writer survived the stare of death and stain of an indigenously made blot called crime but not before enduring an agonizing ordeal he underwent as a child to be in a position to narrate to readers around, the horrendous and horrible hardship, agony, deprivation and excruciating days those Christian families then endured or experienced on account of crime and persecution being inflicted with precision and meticulousness by the then and the present day criminals.

This Dravidian Land [India to be precise] condemns these criminals in an outright defiance and in an outspoken gesture of outright denouncement for such acts, attitude and indifference shown towards the suffering lot by the very citizens of the land towards the very people, young and old, females, families and children.

It is easy for those Christian families of old to have forgiven the indulgences by these criminals and forgotten the ordeal they underwent, however this Writer is bound by duty as being a frank and forthright citizen to transparently transplant truth at the location it rightly belongs and in a manner that can hide falsehood from defacing this Dravidian Land.

Incidentally, these are the very criminals that have very conveniently started spreading canard about Christianity paying amounts to convert people whereas their only intent was to show Christianity in bad light because this true religion never undertook any such crimes that these criminals have been committing for ages in order to feign a semblance of religiousness, rather Christianity as everyone believes preaches “Love of neighbour as thyself”.

These are the criminals who kept on loading this land over with their appalling and heinous crimes to the extent of extinguishing many millions of innocent lives of brides, females and citizens.

What is of relevance here to be noted by both the world, continents, powers and India’s present day citizens including its neighbours is that, these criminals in absolute bias and utter disregard for human nature, values and spirit of oneness dared to force the then administration to block all import of edible items including donations from entering the land or from reaching the suffering lot of Christians.

Such tirade by criminals did not end there. Rather they attempted every ploy to hoodwink the nation.  As a matter of fact, they more or less blinded the law and kept heaping insult over injury on to those innocent citizens who were accustomed to living peaceful lives.  They kept on spreading canard and falsehood on a plea that Christian Missionaries were paying huge amounts to poor people to have them converted.  However, the brainless criminals were too occupied with their lustful ways and plundering trend to hardly realize that such falsehood only boomeranged on their own logic to the extent of loading over controversies on the very criminals who flung such allegations, namely first, what exactly was the grievance these criminals intended projecting – was it that the Christian Missionaries paid amounts to people to prevent them from starving to death -  which amounts the then and present day criminals grudged them with? Or did it amount to these criminals being in total and irrevocable possession of the freewill and decisions by people who of their own volition decided to accept a belief of their own choice? 

Or have these criminals been allegedly acting on a notion of them being a Pakistani contingent against their foe and archrival, an Indian contingent for fear of losing an undeserved Indian identity that had become a sort of majestic attire for criminals to feign a “Hindustani pomp” against the very citizens and honest people of the land?  If none of these, then would it not have been wiser for these criminals who were loath enough to part with their plundered property, wealth and possession to have themselves converted to Christianity first and after gaining inroads in to such monetary fortune return to their own faith, to eat the cake and keep it? 

The shady scenario these criminals projected and keep doing so even today by going on an offensive all out against a peace loving people (Christians) since these criminals are only aching to belittle or persecute Muslims all over the country with a venomous eye already set on Sikh group as well, which attitude of these criminals only manages to jeopardize the very religion that these criminals intended to upstage namely Hinduism.  Incidentally, their acts and activities keep boomeranging on themselves with the world deriding the very concept of Hinduism as being a hood to show-case a non-existent spirituality with scores of instances of crime being headlined in newspapers to give the centuries of similar atrocities committed by these criminals looking like a daily routine. 

Hinduism thereby flopped and in order to resurrect its shady stunts of varying grades had these criminals making serials of Ramayan and Mahabharat of the look-alikes of the reputed Hindi picture by name “Sholay”.  Even as inflated grins and unbridled stunts released by certain wealthy and influential people on a show of giving an uplift to the so called Hinduism to link it back with an acceptable mode of spirituality, there appeared in the horizon of Indian politics a family which had inherited the best of traits, discipline and decorum with class of sophistication which people got nation-wide acceptance to give the criminals under the RSS and its fragments the much required jolt.  And the nation started advancing on an even keel.  India was back on the rails under the “Gandhi Family” to make uninterrupted progress on all fronts.

It was in these troubled times that a secular symbol became conspicuously apparent in the horizon which event to everyone’s complacence forebode an era of ease and peace to the nation in sequence for many decades to come.

The World, Continents, Powers, Heads of State, Neighbouring Countries, Citizens, People and the United Nations – Here is being brought to all the real face of a present day democratic nation called India.

The day was thus salvaged and the nation relieved of agonising stress coupled with loss of reputation for years in the bargain, but this Writer - as a little child - carried away a wee bit of a glimpse of what otherwise his parents would have endured had they still been alive to be witnesses and victims of such famine coupled with weighed down outrage of crime and insult over injury by criminals, whereby he got pretty well educated as to how a nation thronged by a miniature world of criminals who were breathing down the necks of innocent human beings could be like in a land which has always had crime take an upper hand from time immemorial but precisely after the Aryan Race had the land of the Dravidian Race ransacked of its virtuousness.  Hence this script!

Does then the present government, which is but a combination of those very criminals of the age old days, namely the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites possess any iota of sanctity to be one – namely in the government - and what good can these criminals within the government do except driving the very citizens, whose lives they are constitutionally bound to protect and vouch for, to despair and acts of sabotage to wriggle out of the web of criminal repression and disparaging oppression, which acts and indulgences these criminals were habituated to doing during the earlier decades in the name of fighting for the land?

Ultimately this largest democracy in the world succumbed to criminal conspiracy and the administration decided to go by the treachery of criminals to ban import of edibles and monetary benefits from philanthropists abroad, than abiding by what would have been a right and appropriate step to allow the hapless humans a constitutional right to life and liberty.  Would one call such escapades by criminals a part of so called democracy?

When a great deal of distressing news and gloomy revelations capable of sending shock waves in to one’s inner conscience keep beaming out of nations and public through media and headlines as is happening these days, one feels flabbergasted and taken aback at the actual and factual eruption of fury and hate by people and nations that have hitherto been considered leashed or restrained through law and demeanour, but when India suddenly becomes target of wrath and disdain by people of other categories, which nations had all along been propagating a show of tolerance by its citizens towards people of every class, colour, caste and  creed, then definitely an onlooker would need to be appraised about as to what went wrong in a world which never before had it that odious!

Do we make a feeble attempt to take a second look at that lonely furrow which very narrowly enabled a blinking present to emerge out of a haunting past that has had the history make stunning revelations?  There is definitely a need to do a retreat here, more so since it was the past of a yesterday that enabled the present of a today to evolve, though as it now stands the future as of date is nowhere visible to naked eye on a globe which is gradually fading in shine but grading in animosity.

What may apparently be seen as a major crisis which stares the nation in its face is the manner in which criminals with sworn hate towards other citizens of the land have themselves ensured that criminals with centuries of criminal record are fully secured by their own accomplices from law ever catching up with them.  The heinous criminals and extremist cadres of this nation namely the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene are multiplying their crimes while the most detestable and diabolic elements namely Maoists & Naxalits etc that have several instances of crime in their hands are being protected from being made answerable to law and constitution.   This needs to be seen as a total failure by the present government of criminals.

The basic system of governance in India has started developing cracks and the responsibility for such blot of a situation, that too in this Dravidian Land universally known as “India”, being the largest democracy in the world, should squarely fall on the wrong, hasty, unilateral, arbitrary and odious policies adopted, followed or forced upon people by the present day alliance and government of criminals. 

Incidentally the so called government has for close liaison and support within its own ranks a heinous fold of criminal elements that are being allowed, upheld or given free hand to execute their nefarious activities with force and precision without the government making any attempt to book or nab them. These criminals are considered the most treacherous and renowned criminals of the land with record of butcher of innocent citizens since last several decades, ever since the mother outfit known as the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh broke up immediately after India achieved its independence from British rule, which outfits thus fragmented in to killer gangs of varying identities having names, parties and nomenclatures such as the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalits etc.  

However, what needs to be emphatically stated here is the fact that neither the Supreme Court nor any of the high-flying bureaucracy has managed to pinpoint the enormous stretch of deficit and lapse found in abundance both in regard to the judicial system which has been in tatters to the extent of acting biased for last several decades allowing a free hand to criminals to swing their mode and methodology of crime and persecution of innocent civilians the manner they choose to act to the detriment of the nation and its 1.3 billion citizens, as also owing to change of governments at the centre time and again from secular one to a criminal or communal make, which keep springing up at intermittent occasions after garnering needed support through a numerical clout.  

Needless to say life of every human being is precious and worthy of being respected which morale demands that no one much less a government has authority to meddle with this supreme concept called life, nor even to denigrate human life or lives in order to achieve an unbecoming end.  However, the present government with a communal bend of mind is not only ignoring the dastardly crimes by its supporting parties and outfits but are also allowing the honour and lives of citizens belonging to other communities and folds of this very land to be jeopardized throwing the very ethos of the land to the wind of nightmare and frustration. 

However, more than what may apparently be seen as a slight or mutilation of the ethos that the nation hitherto stood for, what actually is a major concern is the manner in which a government elected with a thumping margin laid waste three long years of India’s tardy-ied progress.

Even by giving the above jugglery by BJP government a slip, one definitely cannot ignore the fact that, despite their having been in power for close to three and a half years, these criminals presently transacting a communal government with no creditable achievement to speak highly about, are unable to steer clear of flinging frivolous aspersions on the previous UPA government with deliberate motive of hiding their inability to govern the nation without making a hue and cry about how a previous government functioned. 

This definitely is one key point for the nation to ponder about considering the fact that every party or alliance which assumes role of a government is bound to follow a particular concept, notion or classification by setting about functioning within the acceptable norms of achieving maximum mileage while catering to the needs of the people.  Moreover, whatever decision a government might take or whichever options it might decide to avail, the ultimate recourse it would normally adopt in order to achieve optimum mileage for catering to public would be by looking at the existing social, political or the economic structure, condition and diverse needs of people of all categories? As such, digging in to files to find loopholes about a particular government of the previous term, as the BJP government is presently doing, that too after many years of lapse only accounts for a foolish stretch of communally blurred vision and an equal sense of marred wisdom which tantamount to victimising people, party or government.

Apart from whatever has been stated supra what ought to take the wind out of the sails of the present communal government under Bharatiya Janata Party is the fact that nowhere else and in no other country has such reckless attitude been exhibited by people or parties that have assumed responsibility to govern the nation and nowhere have such governments ever shied away from fulfilling their obligations once elected to power, elected to govern or elected to look after the welfare of the people. 

No wonder then that fun and frolic has become a pass-time for Bhartiya Janata Party including the communal government doing its term, merely to while away the years in power consciously ignoring all pleas and exhortations by the opposition to become involved in the welfare of people.  The nation and people would realize the in-depth loss of voting a reckless people and government to power, which is nothing short of a crime-prone corrupt concept capable only of frittering away the advancement secured by UPA government under Congress Party but no way can they ever add a iota of advancement to the already progressive nation like India.

What is all the more amusing is the fact that the head of the government namely Narendra Damodardas Modi who happens to occupy the PM’s chair makes intermittent and wild claims of achievements on various fronts whereas during the last three years he hardly got time to register his presence within the country even as he kept touring the world at the cost of the nation’s wealth or making his role of “Manki Baat” author a resounding success.

Hence a need has arisen to make a thorough assessment of the mode, method and manoeuvres adopted by the present government but more especially with regard to the scant though rare but in a very special way the recent moves made in the name and on a ploy of acting a government which in effect is only an alleged bid to undo the good done by previous government only to have their hideous agenda installed. This Writer has therefore, come up in full public view with a throat-ful to specifically pick out the recent enactments for making a critical assessment of what went on where.

Did therefore, a decision taken by Modi immediately after he assumed power at the centre for allowing general public to open zero balance accounts on a wide, wild and whopping scale constitute a move in the right direction? 

Did his move to follow up his above act by demonetisation of currency and banning of high denominational notes on a rampant scale constitute an appropriate step in the right direction?

Without immediately providing a direct answer to above queries but still conceding a meek expression to allow a breather to the present day turmoil one might aptly suggest that, if at all the BJP government had done any odd silly untoward thing during the three consecutive years of their rule at the centre, after it grabbed power in a most reprehensibly concerted manner, then the wisest feeler which should make the nation and people complacent about is that it did not do anything more than these, that too for the whole of their consecutive three-year governance. This much may suffice to allow the mind a rest for now without actually committing an answer on the above posers.

Then, have these hair-raising decisions been taken by BJP government with intent to pre-empt any frontal attack on the part of the opposition parties who were most vociferously slamming Central Government for their exclusive inactivity for the whole of a consecutive period of three years, or, should the public decide to view the sudden remorse of their gallant arrogance as an attempt to carry both the wind and the sails with them to enable blackmail other parties on the issue of corruption?  And, should these decisions in any manner be termed as detrimental to country’s future from a focussed point of view?

These, among many others, may be the main and immediate issues which could have thronged the minds of people and intellectuals around the nation and the world as well for an answer, towards which this writer decided to take a peep.

But prior to delving in to matters of government and the related agenda or activities or even the spontaneous decisions taken or which followed in sequence in the recent months, it may appear prudent to take one casual look at the overall position regarding the country, the people and the scale of progress it made as of today vis-à-vis the criteria governing the general public and their attitude towards one another as a whole.

It is altogether an assumed, understood, convinced and proven fact that with the passage of time as also with the emergence of every new generation, the series of inventions as also the stretch of revelation by learned or erudite beings, which stretch may include views, perception, technique, diplomacy, tact or compilation by people from every walk of life, get systematically piled up to form sort of an arsenal to face the normal hurdles arising within and out of the society, as also to overcome those obstacles that are likely to endanger the future of a society.  In so much the same manner, such or similar advancement made by the society also bring about a systematic transformation in the normal dealings, attitude, activities or behavioural pattern of people forcing old traditions and out-dated techniques to give place to a refined mode of living.  This would resultantly allow space for dynamism and sophistication within people, general public and consequently within the society as well.  However, -

A large-hearted concession like allowing accounts with zero balance in say a million and multiples of accounts across each state amounted to a broad-sided corruption with unlimited vision.  Primarily, it would appear like people having multiples of accounts simultaneously at various places that are bound to not only complicate matters for the banking people and staff as a whole, but it may also entail in fiddling with broken strings in order to elicit a tune which might ultimately turn hoarse for the listeners and beneficiaries.  It more or less amounted to, so to speak a government promoting corruption to lacerate the people, banking institutions and the nation in equal degree with exploitation, work-load, loss of man hours, extra-cumbersome hassle, bartered stress, painful dealings but above all squandering away of nation’s wealth in the name of poor and deprived for a benefit that can hardly accrue to boost the economy of the nation. 

Even by allowing a remote possibility to suppose that the new account holders did not have a bank account prior to the new account being opened, the sudden emergence of a legal provision for open public to start new accounts or additional ones in addition to existing ones, would have entailed many unscrupulous and nefarious elements taking undue advantage of such provision of law to escape detection and enable put their nefarious ways to attainment of a fully authenticated recognition, thus finally setting in to motion a novel method of achieving an end with minimum effort and without any detection at all.

Extra labour at the disposal of banks for a nil or negligible return which must keep being carried forward for a ‘nil’ return entailing a loss of as many or more crores to the exchequer, monthly, annually and a life-time or more till the time account gets orphaned or the banks bankrupt owing to excess work-load could be the best option for the nation to lose sight of its own rails.

In a country where 22% of population live below poverty-line, another 20% at the level of middle class while a 39% account for the total of children’s category, what great earning would the account holders make except to wear out the backbone of economy and the government-oriented / private-owned banks?

If no government ruined the nation under any pretext whatsoever, then the BJP government under Narendra Damodardas Modi has done it in a very large measure and at a cost that the nation would never be in a position to replenish the loss. 

Can we then make the first extreme step to undo or unfold the package with a “Did the decision to allow general public to open zero balance accounts constitute a move in the right direction?” 

Obviously yes but with a rider that may in no way qualify the act of government at having propitiously assisted the nefarious elements to make hay while sun shined!  Undoubtedly it was a shrewd move by Modi and a modified BJP in its wake, the former for a pretence that he is only a PM by accident whereas the latter namely the BJP did it aiming to augment a ‘mukhoota’ [hood] to shroud their fading symbol and to connive an initiative on the part of a lame government to keep public whisper rustling in the face of a subdued attack by opposition that the government had lost its popularity with nil achievements while its head kept touring the world.

There can be no dispute to the contrary that it was primarily intended and purportedly stage-managed to engage the masses to hoot for his government as also for people in succession to anticipate a series of similar welfare measures that could set the ball rolling for them to be acclaimed as an allegedly viable government whereby to finish off his tenure as PM in a lavish and superimposing grandeur.  However, what may be of consequence in the present context for an in-depth analysis vis-à-vis the existing scenario is for the public to decide whether, to be very precise, even a good decision such as this one was a wise one or not? 

Simply putting it for a meagre say, even if one were to condemn the entire exercise as a grossly notorious folly to have deliberately and intentionally burdened the banks with unproductive labour at a time when the largest democracy in the world was wearily occupied in grinding its gruelling economy to a position of fast-track stature, what might be relevant to point out here in the present context is the fact that the manner in which the government under Modi got together its brain working to execute its term on a level at par with people’s involvement, did not so much as even manifest a wee bit of seriousness in the business they were elected to carry out.  In other words, by directing the banks to open zero balance accounts the government only appeared weak, casual and less than serious at forcing labour on to the brain of Indian economy for appeasing the foot that was already deep inside the mud. 

In order to substantiate the above averment one might give a mild thought to the present day predicament (which managed to ease only after months of frustration) faced by general public owing to demonetisation of high denominational notes.  However, prior to coming out with a hard say on that particular issue, it behoves us to get back with a mesmerizing picture of how an India of the 21^st century era scored it big in zeros (nil account) to the chagrin of scores of bank officials and to the amusement and delight of not only a puzzled world but even the bank officials who tackled the menace of zeros with an outright denial to many people flocking to open accounts in the banks.  But how the entire fiasco hit a hasty trail to have culminated in what one would call a disgraceful flop was provided by none other than Modi himself in his roaring discourse. 

As was reported by Modi himself, prior to and in order to implement his decision to open zero balance accounts he is reported to have consulted the Financial Heads in the Banking Sector regarding the time-frame for execution of his strategy to the desired level where the period he was briefed about by officials of the bank was three years.  Not satisfied with this reply he is said to have insisted to minimise the period which came to stand at a minimum of one year.  But at his insistence loaded with his own persistence the financial heads were compelled to adopt his suggestion to start the process right away in a jiffy.  So be it.

As a matter of fact, ever since their assuming power at the centre as also in most states the government under BJP has by and large been casual in their diligence and equally messy in administering.  Further, when it came to energising their initiative as a government body and thereby streamlining measures, chalking out strategies and adopting formulas needed to revamp the entire set up to get the nation back on the rails about which they were specifically vociferous and much accustomed to hitting out at the then government while in the erstwhile opposition, there was nothing that they could generate as a ruling elite, which attitude clearly pointed to severe lack of input, vision, dynamism, strategy, methodology or even focus as regards popular primaries and national priorities. 

And very judiciously speaking, after having watched the nation tottering to a level of hostility and decay all around, inch by inch, neighbour to periphery and citizens to people along the border with an impending war-cloud hovering to a position of suspended animosity, there hardly is anything to laud about a party and government that romped to power on a very high percentage of votes for the nation to even believe that the government could actually be in possession of any specific and worthwhile programs or policies including strategies to enthuse people about and much less to even speculate about any redeemable feature to become visible for enabling the overall sagging image of nation and an economy lying low since last more than two years of the government taking over, to look up. 

This being the case, one might rest assured that all the high-flying wild imaginations of a BJP or communal government as being capable of bringing about any such unique feature or prospect for the people to be complacent about, about which the nation by now has already got wind of, have all been reduced to a mere farce, and now in its place there only remains for the masses to emphatically assert that the nation is presently accommodating at its helm of affairs a gigantic misnomer and a totalitarian misfit for a government, that too for the present day generation to clumsily wag or brag about. 

Needless to add that contrary to what used to be a customary feature during the earlier years when a non-Congress Government got elected to power at the centre, the first wave of announcement by the new incumbent assuming power used to be to very unashamedly roar about their having been imposed with a totally empty treasury by a preceding government, whereas in the case of BJP government this was not to be, because the UPA alliance had been managing the government in a most decisive and constructive manner and as such there was no room or reason for BJP to make such accusations.  Incidentally, the BJP government had all the funds including resources to carry forward the administration in a very constructive manner, but failed to do so statistically and strategically, which fact should establish for certain that India is presently managed by a lame government by a lame party assisted by criminals whose only look out is to fling allegations at people and government very dynamically managed under a UPA alliance which government had always worked to a very high level of efficiency.

It is therefore, grotesquely clear that India of today has no government worth a name to either shell out any developmental strategies, effective policies or to even laud about an assumed plea of having established any welfare measures which could be spoken of without a controversy.  Needless to say, had the government been serious about maintaining the roar of ‘achhe din’ it had very shrewdly messed about, then the country would definitely have scaled a peak of success all in a succession which accomplishments could have had the nation advancing vibrantly in to a horizon of inaccessibility by any opposition to dare punch a hole in to its un-daunting efficacy. 

Unfortunately, this was not to be and today the government stands besieged not merely by the opposition but even its own erstwhile allies thumping a victory for Congress Party in having very astutely cornered the government to answer for the scores of lapses and the state of turmoil brought about at the peril of the nation and its people.  On the contrary the nation flopped miserably not only on the domestic front having had to take in its wake a series roaring advertisements by the present government through unscrupulous usage of audio-video-media to score an upfront on policies and measures, which have all remained mere filmy stunts with the opposition being ignored for all the democratic upheavals engaged in merely to save the democratic concept from being demolished in a most audacious manner. 

No wonder then the ‘savaso-crore’ [app. 1.3 bn. citizens] citizens and the ever increasing number of beggars too today are looking up the firmament to count the number of kites and balloons fluttering in the Indian skies marked ‘swacch bharat’, ‘beti bachao’ ‘corruption hatao’ labels whereas the nation below has none of the development that the government has been listing about, be it in the metropolitan cities or even the remotest of villages.  This apart, while the domestic issues of major concern project a dismal picture of decay and despondency by people in general, the matters of foreign policies have more or less nose-dived to find even its immediate neighbours making callous remarks of derision and detonation. In a reversal of the role the present allies in government played while still in the opposition by yelling at the then government to undo a secular harmony that the UPA nurtured towards one and all, the same government with full power at its disposal is today going hammer and tongs on India’s immediate neighbour namely Pakistan to project a clout in terms of nuclear capability whereas despite wielding authority as government these elements within government are today panicking to go beyond the formalities of verbal retorts as it apprehends a climax with an armed China monstrously making its territorial ambitions clear in terms of a straight forward confrontation. 

With a fully equipped government machinery at its disposal to deal with all issues of domestic and foreign matters with ease and an opposition storming in to its citadel intermittently for the lacklustre manner and attitude towards its responsibilities as government, the communal elements are conclusively feigning any sense of governance but merely providing lip service to media and journalists to keep their tantrums alive, God knows to what extent.

Howsoever, one might conclude as to the abilities of the present government to make out a case of fool-proof achievements to be prepared for the upcoming elections in states, the government is practically allowing the present day opposition to storm on issues with manageable success and on an assured conviction that they the government and its allies are there only to misfire with their casual approach to government and so evoke a sense within the people and citizens that BJP exists very much as a government but fit enough to call themselves jokers. 

Incidentally, it more or less suggests that the government is there to construct a constitution which might authorize an opposition to rule the country while they in the government could just wag their tails to portray themselves like a working government.  And for a final say, from what is apparent, it is not the government that is in danger of being thrown around or voted out but the constitution which presumably does not have teeth.  And when the curtain does fall on to zero balanced economy what may gather momentum might as well be another fiasco called demonetisation and disaster.

The long and short of the entire exercise reveals that the criminals in government have started a witch-hunt of respectable people and citizens by threats of being penalised or jailed on unfounded allegations at the behest of these criminals only presently acting an authoritarian government but with a motive of duping the public, the nation and the world.

Brainless speed coupled with reckless haste being employed by BJP government in framing legislations or enforcing ordinances with intent to brushing aside likely criticism being raised by the opposition or public who are already disenchanted with the lacklustre manner in which the affairs of the nation are being carried to irretrievable dead ends have brought about a total halt to nation’s progress. And in its place, people and institutions are already throwing up their hands unable to cope with the multiplying problems being faced by not only the ordinary people but even the public and private organizations as well.

However, the nation cannot wait indefinitely with that one area of a wildlife dilemma left behind by a government and party having an eye on power and a throat full of roar but has ability only to chase wild dreams to the extent of multiplying the perils the common people are already in.

Did then his move to follow up his above act by demonetisation of currency and banning of high denominational notes on a rampant scale constitute an appropriate step in the right direction?

The decision to ban Indian currency of high denomination too was nowhere a fervent one, much less a wise one.

It amounted to India disrespecting its own nationality when people flung away high denominational notes after cutting them with scissors.  In short, a tit for tat of an Indian style by people out of scorn for a band of criminals that least respected its own citizens where any vulgar and brainless ruffian dared fling a retort to people of dignity making a say on the issue as to “how much black money does one have?”  Hair-raising indeed, if not to say amusing for a land of cow-blind criminals!

Unfortunately India, being a very large country in terms of both its size as also its vast population, has had to carry on its trail a vast array of adverse features which threateningly prevent it from being propelled to a level of reckoning as an extremely potential nation.  The so called adverse features as pointed out above, may include among others, the lack of unity among people, paucity of will to settle thorny issues amicably relating to both domestic as well as stray issues such as those related to border and extremism with its immediate neighbours succumbing to not a clout but a bout of uncalled strikes besides the want of an initiative to set aside a culture arising out of its age old barbarity and conservative outlook, absence of large-heartedness and a charismatic approach whether individually or collectively within its religious heads, religious fanaticism and above all that spirit of acrimonious hate and vengeance against minorities found abundantly within both the religious hotheads and the political head-weights etc. etc., to name only a few for the moment.  These and a number of other varied limitations have prevented the country from tackling a wide range of problems confronting the nation and for achieving a grade at par with the outside world. 

Even though several other factors besides those mentioned in the foregoing para have prominently stood as a barrier to this nation achieving a level of super imposing stature as a respectable nation, still it cannot be denied that the world and the media in unison including opposition parties of India got around to highlight the precipitous slide to turmoil by India only after the present government under BJP assumed power at the centre.  There is also no denying the fact that it was only after the 2014-Loksabha Elections that petty issues concerning the day today lives and welfare of general public came in for scrutiny and concentration and for which the remedy too rested in the hands of people themselves, which on an average speak very poorly in regard to ability and trustworthiness of the present government under BJP. 

When minor issues get blown up or even out of proportion at times, and the day to day lives of people get unnecessarily affected owing to inadvertent or crooked policies forced upon unsuspecting people and individuals, then there is bound to be chaos, logjam and fatal mishaps in the lives of ordinary people.  India today is facing a greater dilemma than that about which one would least have imagined, and more especially after the present government assumed power both at the Centre and in a number of other states.  

Consequently, the evil effects of wrong policies by BJP government keep haunting not only people at home but the immediate neighbours as well.   India has not only lost its average equilibrium, having to be particularly weary of the manner in which not merely its neighbours but even powerful countries having representation inside India pointing fingers at the summersault the nation is making, some of whom have even expressed strong reservations about the manner in which reckless policies are being made to grind their backs, all that for no reason or outcome at all, but as a result of which a nation like India, which used to be extolled by most countries as a forerunner in terms of its forthright stand on all matters prior to BJP coming to power, has become practically an eyesore to the world as of today.

Furthermore, from an overall face value linked to present day India and from what is apparent or as is conspicuous as of today is the fact that the hate factor unleashed by government and criminals upon minorities and neighbours apart, the vehement manner in which a criminally atrocious government tends to come down heavily upon ordinary and law-abiding citizens and parties in the opposition, in the name of  corruption has more or less made even innocent and forthright people of integrity prone to become victims of  flimsy allegations by criminals in or supporting the government.   As a consequence, the loathsome attitude which emerges in the wake of forceful policies adopted by government is that, if and when someone made a random comment anywhere in the social media against wrong policies followed by the government, there is always a backlash with strongly worded abusive or shameless retorts questioning the integrity of such people making their say an abusive judgement, having thus to bear the brunt of criminal elements questioning their integrity in a very casual manner to allege that these citizens may also be culprits having unaccounted money in their possession that might have been hoarded though black money!

Having made a hasty trip on the side-walk of a conflicting situation arising out a government which is least inclined to look after the welfare of the entire categories and classes of people and an opposition which has had to bear the brunt of a side-lining effect by the government, deprived of the basic confidence which ought to have been the foundation-stone of any worthwhile government, the nation is presently on a trail of disintegration with its economy awaiting a necessary flop at all levels. 

“In order to uphold value or values even the dead need to be chastised for having dug pits of devastation for subsequent generation” is the line coined by this Writer to have the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh elements realize that they strayed away far too many billion miles away from India’s chaste destiny.  And today when many thousands of these stray elements and criminals wander about freely butchering and raping innocents then they ought to be tutored with a chaste culture namely:

When criminals and rapists worship people with loose character then such mockery evolves in to a culture which cannot be projected or said to contain any universal concept called religion.  If this Dravidian Land universally known as “India” needs to be owned by these criminals to proclaim themselves as honourable citizens, then they need to repent for their crimes, do penance for their misdeeds and then make amends by respecting and returning the lost dignity to honest and righteous citizens of the whole of a “Purity India Concept”.  Can they do that?

A storm is brewing in to a disastrous tsunami that too at a time when not merely this nation but even the world itself is on tenterhooks after watching an unfolding scenario of nuclear threat looming large on all fronts, unable to leash the warring parties to abide by norms and protocols of decency.  India too is presently adopting a confrontationist stance with its crime syndicate under parties and outfits styled as the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalits etc. attempting to storm in to a well established concept called secularism. 

As a result of such macabre cult engaging in an unprecedented bid to arouse passion among the well to do and honest citizens of the land, there is need to curb such diabolism through an organised formation of alliance by the entire nation to either throw the present government out through a determined effort by whatever method adopted or alternatively, to disable it from proceeding further.  The options before the alliance are manifold but the deception just one.  What is it?

The original citizens of this Dravidian Land (universally known as “India”) have a subdued profile consisting of mild ways when dealing with diverse people and complex issues, irrespective of the topic or the people they may relate to such as class, colour, caste or creed and no matter how they may have been manipulated through political gimmicks or baffling stunts meant to hoodwink the public and nation without regard for issues relating to who deals with what and as to which incumbent occupies what seat or position within or at the periphery of the land but the enigma facing the nation too is just one.  What about it?

This profile commonly referred to as “Secularism” cannot and will not be allowed to be tarnished by people professing certain amount of arrogance in their fanatic projections.  And, if such a person or persons manage to create any untoward situation or fling away the concept of oneness of the land, then he and the ones responsible for such insensible chaos within the country will be held responsible for the havoc.   Whatever the outcome may be, the grand alliance entrusted with the responsibility of dealing with such extremist tendency would decide as to how matters would have to be brought to a conclusive end.

Should circumstances prove to be sticky, pestilent or destructive for people and the land, then the Dravidians in unison along with Sikhs, Muslims and secular-minded parties and people with or without the assistance of neighbours or allies will stand up to oust the so called criminal nepotism and obstructive fanaticism from the land.  This sublime land of the Dravidian Race will not be allowed to be brandished with communal conflagration by any element or outfit whatever the nature of grievance or future of the nation might be.

Any attempt to embroil the nation with religious or partisan bravado borne out of narrow or miniature cult by paving an unprecedented step to ensnare the nation in menacing hostility, then such bravado will be dealt with strongly, no matter how and where the army or police force decide to lean on to.

That is to say, everyone is duty bound to respect human beings and so spread around that spirit of oneness within the purview of a concept namely “Universal Love and Brotherhood”.  If at all this can be achieved, then and then alone can one claim to be physically balanced, mentally flawless, emotionally serene, humanly civilized, morally perfect, psychologically composed, spiritually devout and to top it all constitutionally a law-abiding citizen.

When criminals are allowed sufficient freedom with provisions set out under the Indian Constitution to ascend to positions of lead in order to lead astray not only the many lakhs of ruffians and vagabonds that this nation is infested with, rather it may even be compelling a yoke to leash the honest and righteous citizens of this sublime Dravidian Land (universally known as India), which may indirectly act as reason enough for an epidemic or war to break out to have the nation wiped out from the map as well.  It was sheer folly of the dead elements at the start of a fractured half century in enacting a free India by drafting laws and regulations that could allow any and every element to position of power and clout, irrespective of the required look out as to whether such a person belonged to a high profile category with the needed sophistication of brain or not. 

It is owing to such a drastic error that the nation failed to make headway in its progress and advancement of people and nation in unison.  It is also to be believed than to feel convinced about that owing to the elevation of such unscrupulous elements to powerful positions of undeserving heights that the nation is today faced with utmost turmoil within and a war-like situation from its neighbours.  What may be viewed as a positive aspect and which one might as well imagine or accept as an indisputable fact about these criminal elements that are presently elected or elevated to positions of power with authority to wield a clout that they would ordinarily have been crazy about is that, as a people in power they would have to ipse facto establish themselves as rightful elements by at least abiding by what is appropriate in the eye of law, in the eye of the people and well, in the eye of an animal oriented culture as well.  Would readers find some positivity in that statement?  Well, it would all depend on how the twist may make a turnaround for people of honest category to assert an ultimatum to these very criminals at an appropriate time for them to make way for a grand alliance to snatch an opportunity to rid them of power, which alliance is already being firmed up to make these criminals run for their lives.

So if this very Dravidian Land mildly allowed a criminally moulded conscience to stay CM in Gujarat and then further enabled him make a U-turn for the centre as a PM as well, it matters little for the nation as a whole but the hate brewing against this nation around the world will enable these categories to be prepared for the worst from around as well.  As such, if a war breaks out be it from within or from the border areas, the people can rest assured that the day of reckoning could be around to have the criminals ousted from the land or brought to lick dust.

It is foolhardy to expect perverse elements to bring about any semblance of progress, advancement, development, renovation, facelift or even a change over and much less to work miracles in view of their lack of conscience having a chaste character, however, it is wiser yet to repose trust in people whose disposition encompasses virtues, human values and human beings and which citizens mean well for others, even if success does not coincide with even their best of endeavours or wishes.  However, it is important also to remember that jubilance by criminals at their securing a win, a position or an elevation to power on all occasions ends up in mourn but in order to secure the present, one must leave aside the past and await a future, which in the case of these criminals it is altogether an insecure notion.

Obsession is borne out of diabolism.  In order to counter this mania it behoves one to adopt an angelic trait which makes a person broad-minded and receptive to neighbours around as also the society in particular.  It is a universally acknowledged fact that any person hankering for worldly goods and pleasures, wealth, fame, reputation or worldly attractions cannot possibly attain even a semblance of godliness. Godliness or spirituality can take root or abound in a person only when positive reflection manages to set aside all vanities, absurdities and pleasures of this material world and succeeds in diverting one’s inordinate greed or excessive attraction for wealth, property, assets, fame or reputation to a sublime sense of oneness within a society, which oneness is combined with the vocabulary “Secularism”.

This Dravidian Land universally known as “India” has always been in the thick of an obsession by name “Hinduism” which primarily forced its believers to pay obeisance to inanimate objects, dumb creatures including natural surroundings owing to which sort of obsession, the people of the land never managed to set aside a craving to accumulate wealth, property, assets and valuables.  This so called eccentricity or obsession found in varying degrees within the people of this country, but more especially the criminal race the Aryans, had more or less maimed the character and attitude of people of this nation namely India which feature was adroitly and hideously termed by certain high-handed criminal race to mean a “Culture”.  This is the very sort of culture or obsession which prevents people with hardly the character or attitude from accommodating people of sublime character and attitude in the overall lives of people, resulting in a sharp divide among the masses of this nation where the evil is pitted against the good, the criminals against the righteous and a culture called “Hinduism” against other beliefs which divide has sharpened to even making the land an eyesore to the world. 

Such obsession by criminals of the land leads to a narrowing vision and a harrowing attitude leading to a state of extended obsession to torment or persecute innocent people that has led to a state of anarchy not only in this land but around the world as well.  As a result of this obsession, this land has witnessed several battles between clans, dynasties, kingdoms, empires and neighbours as well.  Such an obsession gave birth to a similar mania or an evil concept by name “untouchability” or as India of the present day era terms it as communalism. This obsession defined more accurately as communalism was exploited for narrowing ends by none other than Keshav Baliram Hedgewar [1889-1940] whose folly had this nation today divided in to parties, organizations, outfits, gangs and criminals. The psyche called obsession or mania was even responsible for the present day rift between people which is being adopted as a culture and followed up blindly to enable the criminal race to emerge at the forefront. 

This is one reason why a criminal cannot possibly get out of his obsession of hate, crime, greed, envy, arrogance and a chain of similar vices.  Obsession cannot possibly accommodate religiousness and much less can people with obsession practice a religion.  This is one factor which makes Hinduism a menace than a solace and the outcome is there for all to see.

“When fishes flew and forests walked, and figs grew upon thorn, some moment when the moon was red” surely it was then that these two-legged creatures or criminals may suddenly have got the start of a majestic nation by name India and went on acquiescing in a new found nomenclature by name citizens empowered with all the rights that any human being would have been endowed with but still having the outlook namely that of criminals.  It would surely have been sheer luck for those crude elements to have become or getting evolved to be called citizens of this nation whereas it was an equally grave misfortune for this nation to have had to accommodate these creatures alongside the millions of honest and righteous citizens, the former apparently being next to worms born to be called or even mentioned as Indians which elements keep acting as a thorn on the back of high profile citizens with flawless attitude while the latter have to be content with, carrying in their wake these foolish and imperfect elements.

Erratic reasoning, inconsistency in approach and rash attitude by certain crude elements with criminally-moulded sub-conscious temperament are daring to circumvent their existing feature or to recklessly pass shocking judgements over high profile citizens of age old category that too with little or no scrupulousness at all, what to speak of even a wee bit of merit to their flimsy accusations, to be alluding to such vexatious fabrications in their attempt to show-case the brainlessness within these elements by disregarding facts as to who did what for the nation, which attitude makes even the wild claim of India having achieved any bit of superiority vis-à-vis its neighbours a ruse in the face of which the nation is made to appear like a lethal device set to go off at any moment.

This Writer respects every category of people no matter whether they be criminals or hoodlums, nevertheless when dignity and decorum of any individual, formation, institution, nation or people and why not the world as well, be at stake, then one needs to be forthright in one’s utterance.  There is no denying the fact that the blame for this particular nation including the world as well being infested with so many criminals or reckless people is a pointer to the manner in which people entrusted with responsibility to steer the country or nation in the right direction have either done precious little with firm resolve or that the judiciary lacked in the needed sting to instil that sense of fear among people.

Judiciary for instance – one needs to be very frank here - is one area that has lacked in the basics of a clout needed to stem evil from contaminating the society.  Judiciary in effect failed the nation and the world as well, that is to say the failure of judiciary to instil fear within criminals to abide by technicalities of an advanced world gave this nation and the world a twist to be converted in to a criminal frenzy with no end in sight to the turmoil. 

The pointer at the judiciary is not over with that scoop.  Rather than repeating the above finger of accusation at the Judiciary, this Writer intends repeating his outburst in the following manner – that despite every individual manning the judiciary being a paid servant but - these servants of the people have converted their meanest positions to august regimes by making each case insurmountable because – as Judiciary itself suggests justice needs to be served.  And the upswing does not end there either, rather – my Lord - the Judiciary is quite complacent too to accommodate the backlog of cases to ensure their salaries endure more than the pension they may be entitled to.  And the swing would definitely assure the world that the backlog of cases is not likely to end even if the world evaporates in to thin air, rather it [the Judiciary] is an outstanding process where more than the noise to project unending adjournments, ultimately the noose is the end.  However, the point that this Writer intends driving at, at a later stage is, never mind about the adjournments and the endlessness of cases but the emphasis here is - can the Judiciary stand up?   Will be back on this particular stand, i.e. “Judiciary – Can you please stand up?”

To this end, there is much to be deliberated upon but what ought to be of primary concern for the present is the fact that, even a so called democratic concept has become an out-dated mechanism to enable govern people whose outlook has become defunct.  Even by conceding the fact that democracy has literally brought about a great deal of participation by people in the overall governing module of every nation, yet looking at the overall prospects of democratic form of government, one cannot shy away from pinpointing a key criteria that more than the good of the society, much of an evil force has penetrated in to the democratic concept so much so, the present day democracy has got very badly mauled up and very cruelly riddled with most aspects of crime.  Who therefore is to take the blame for this catastrophe? No doubt it is all an outcome of human frailty that vision failed to keep pace with machine namely the computer.  Anyhow, prior to delving in to those areas, let us come back to the present trend.

When a great deal of distressing news or gloomy revelations keep beaming out to nations and public through media and headlines as is happening these days, one feels taken aback at the actual and factual eruption of fury and hate by people and nations that have hitherto been considered leashed or restrained through law and demeanour, but when India suddenly becomes a target of wrath and disdain by people of other categories, which nations had all along been propagating a show of tolerance by its citizens towards people of every class, colour, caste and  creed, then definitely any onlooker would need to be appraised of as to what is going wrong in a world which never before had it that odious!

Yes, to be very precise, all the gamut of mysterious words lined up above relates to recent incidents of hate-crimes having been initiated by people living in advanced countries and nations who may now have got wind of what this particular nation namely “India” and it’s much fanned culture “Hinduism” is all about.  No wonder that “Hinduism” might already be on its way out and hence, the upswing in crimes!

Nothing the worry, for readers including people and citizens – friends & country cousins all - because it only amounted to a truth that was waiting to happen, which truth being that, India, under its shady and hideous culture by name “Hinduism”, had never allowed other people and nations to get wind of it, so that facts relating to truth was barred from being widely known by outside world.  And today the ultimate truth is that the media managed to take up the initiative to spill the beans in to sequences and those countries which made no bones about accommodating foreigners or allowing space for aliens on their soil are beginning to ponder over the outcome of a largesse doled out to people in good faith.  Anyhow, now that this writer is around, you can depend on him for reality.

India is a nation which never manages to grow up to become mature or even to become “intelligent specie”.  As a result, fault finding by criminals that never managed to stand one with the nation, rather which elements always maintained an abominable distance from the honest and righteous category of citizens by secluding themselves under parties and outfits namely the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites etc. has become a daily occurrence rather than allowing people with better input and vision to steer the nation to a logical climax. 

Indian mindset has always been in both a vengeful or aggressive mode in both outlook and attitude, which reality has even rendered ominous consequences to not only mar the fabric of oneness of the land but also proved catastrophic to the lives and peace of citizens as well.  Mostly owing to such criminal mindset doing the round within certain elements listed above, one certainly cannot ignore the fact that already similar allegations and counter allegations around the world are already making Indians prime target of by pernicious elements and it would be well within reasonable limits for people and migrants from India living abroad to abide by norms and decency without allowing too much frustration to adopting an abusive life as they do at home.

When all is said and done one might very reluctantly dispute the fact that bringing about a concept like democracy was at all in the interest of people and nations.  Rather and on the contrary the primary reason for so much of peril, commotion and antagonism among people and world needs to be pin-pointed to by squarely blaming the so called democracy which was forced to become elastic to enable people pulling at it in all directions.  Some of the readers might definitely raise eye-brows as to how someone could have been bold enough to be differing with a perception which has received so much of applause around the world and as to how someone could ever dare to point finger at a system which has come this far making it function successfully and to the benefit of people at large in many countries!  In order to enable a true picture to emerge as to what exactly went wrong and where lies the fault regarding democratic government, there is need a great deal of demeanour to find out as to how India – the largest democracy in the world - fares today in the eye of the world.

Some righteous, intelligent and well-meaning people, being elders themselves of the pre-and-post-independent India had deemed it worthwhile and appropriate to saddle a down-trodden people maimed through centuries of barbarity and suppression under monarchy and dynastic rule by kings, emperors and chieftains during the ancient period, with an intrinsically faulty and technically conflicting element called democracy for purposes of adopting a system of governance unto a populace that had never heard of a chemistry by name law and life. 

Even though the whole exercise amounted to empowering common man with a right to exist with dignity and grace, nevertheless the haste with which it was implemented gave the people a notion that the equations had suddenly changed to finding themselves elevated to a position of kings and emperors while the erstwhile kings and emperors who had them minced for ages to meat, would now have to be at their beck and call to serve them bountiful.

Although bringing about a democratic concept to a people who hardly had the input to comprehend even for a reckoning as to what their duties and obligations ought to be like in order to avail a right they were being entitled to, it was evident that the process entailed a great deal of manoeuvring by people dedicated to leading the people, but looking to the need of the time and expediency of the era, there was no way out but to call the Dravidian Land known today as “India” as a Sovereign Democratic Republic and to this end was established a Constitution for an elected government to implement the Law both in letter and in spirit.

Incidentally, establishing a People’s Democracy literally amounted to taking a cue from what appeared to be a success in many of the European countries where democracy flourished to the extent of bringing about an end to barbarity and slavery endured by ancient civilization, however there is no denying the fact that the European countries where democracy made its mark felt had a people and civilization which were far superior than what India was made up of, especially considering the fact that people in those countries were accustomed to sophistication in culture and dignified in manners including habits, owing to which it was quite feasible to bring about a viable environment conducive to a democratic concept.

Whereas, and on the contrary it is noteworthy to point out here that, India which consisted of a people mostly addicted to ancient mind-set and conservative in culture, except for the Dravidian Race which comprised of half the number but superior in every aspect and mostly possessed mild manners and moderate temperament and which race first crossed over to India in search of greener pastures and settled in the north till a nomadic tribe called Aryan Race ran amuck driving the Dravidians far down to South, thus forcing this chaste Dravidian Land to be converted in to an otherwise aggressive land having an outdated culture in all departments of life.  This way there came about a steep disparity among individuals and groups during the pre-historic ages giving this Dravidian Land a turning point to being converted to a land of aggressive barbarity allied with a gradual transformation better put as modernization.  There is therefore, no denying the fact that the European countries where the concept of democracy made its mark felt in a better and far superior manner were better equipped with a people right down to the common man that had a vision, input and which people were socially aware of one’s responsibility as a human being.

Democracy would definitely have been an intrinsically faulty element which the intelligent and well-to-do people of the post-independence era deemed it appropriate to saddle a people of down-trodden category and maimed culture with.   As a consequence, howsoever talented or enlightened the then inhabitants of the post-independence land might have been, but after having endured centuries of barbarity, anarchy and foreign rule inside a land of their own birth, but when these many were inadvertently given to possess, rule or manage for purposes of paving a democratic system and governing the nation on their own without any encumbrances, there is always and in all likelihood bound to be a vicious circle around waiting to put a spoke in the wheel of the nation’s progress.  

Democracy failed the day Congress Party was made to bow out of office.  However, even though the electorate of 2014 - had then won the crown by gaining access to a position of heading a government comprising mostly of dubious and criminal elements gaining lead to ransack the sanctity, dignity and decorum of Indian Parliament, yet the overall shine of India which nation had come close to being reckoned as a super power with a status which established the country as capable of being placed at par with the most enterprising nations was lost to a key factor made fodder of namely “allegation”.  As a matter of fact “corruption” today stands isolated, Congress Party survives unscathed of the allegation and criminals that stole the limelight making Congress Party a victim of their malicious campaign today are seemingly polluting the corridors of the Indian Parliament with their wicked ways.  Who stands to lose – Congress Party? India? or -the People as a whole?  None, rather “Nationalism” – “Patriotism” and a “Future India” did and the toll will say it all.  This way the curtain came down on progress and development while the much acclaimed India was nowhere seen on the map.

The basic system of governance in India has started developing cracks and the responsibility for the present situation should squarely fall on the wrong, hasty, unilateral and heinous policies adopted and being followed by the present alliance and government of criminals, who have for a close liaison and support within their fold, the most treacherous and renowned criminals in India with record of butcher of innocent citizens since last several decades, ever since their mother outfit known as the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh broke up immediately after India achieved independence from British rule, which later on fragmented in to killer outfits of varying identities having nomenclatures such as the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalits etc.   What needs to be emphatically stated here is the fact that neither the Supreme Court nor any of the high-flying bureaucracy has managed to pinpoint the enormous stretch of deficit and lapse found in abundance both in regard to the judicial system which has been in tatters to the extent of acting biased for last several decades allowing a free hand to criminals to swing their mode and methodology of crime and persecution of innocent civilians to the detriment of the nation and its 1.3 billion citizens as also of a government springing up at intermittent occasions after garnering support through a numerical clout.  

If the present government of BJP started with the much lauded “Swachh Bharat” and “Beti Bachao” slogans where after TV ads and posters went on depicting tableau of people and politicians sweeping the streets joined by Ministers as well to merely eyewash the public and criminals for setting up a precedent for people to follow the “Swachh Bharat” initiative, today the same streets and lanes were being crowded by people in queues standing in wait to deposit or withdraw their meagre savings and day to day requirement of funds at bank or ATM premises.  Was this the picture of a normal India proclaiming itself to be free from corruption or were these criminals lined up alongside the honest citizens imparting to people  and government any sense of a chaste India?  And were the intermittent media bash about haul of huge amounts in cash from different locations a message to exhibit as to how Indian government wanted to defile its own citizens as thieves and bluffers which casually ignored these very criminals having plundered vast amounts of property, wealth, ornaments and mansions across the country and around the nation? 

Did it mean that only looters of wealth and property had a right to assert others as looters whereas they could go scot-free as honourable citizens?

Pointing fingers at others might be taken as a signal that the government meant business but when there be lavish messages flashed to show others in bad light, then they ought to also come out open on how they fare or fared during their initial days?

In short, were these criminals the true and ideal citizens of the land which elements apart from being responsible for many heinous crimes committed with precision and atrocity for ages galore never managed to remove the blot of crime from the face of the land for ages while still moving around as honourable citizens?  Were these the responsible citizens that had waited this far to achieve power in order to pin point corruption and crime?  In a nutshell, these rogues and criminals have relished the good of the land but never made an effort to remove the blot called crime and what they hankered after was power, which they grabbed the moment they felt it within their power, after flinging aspersions and allegations against the honest and righteous party of decades old fame namely the Congress Party.

As a result of manipulation by criminals in government and around the country, the nation has practically sank to a level of a wretched state of penury while the criminal elements are still feigning a waning enthusiasm to portray some sense in to their wrong policies being initiated by the BJP government.  With the finance position of ordinary people sinking to levels of helplessness, the government keeps mounting their offensive of the criticism being made by Opposition by ignoring pleas to become people-centric and do away with their whimsical tantrums.

It is important that we become critical of such instances of faulty steps being initiated by the government looking to the fact that, India being a heavily populated country is time and again being mismanaged by criminals by reversing the universally accepted procedures and systems and by enforcing deceptive techniques that suit the criminals to enable them kill the very initiative being put in place through decades of hard work and manipulations. 

India has no dearth of criminals and fraudulent elements that are groaning to bleed innocent citizens and beings or to suck human blood as a result of which, whereas on the one hand the nation is unable to reconcile with people living lives of penury with hardly the wherewithal to survive, the consequences of crime related issues linger on within the courts set up for expediting justice whereas the people in government linger on with their offensive against opposition, against parties and people and also against neighbours by venturing out for surgical strikes.

In order to carry the nation forward and to give it a chaste outlook so as to be considered as a role model for other nations to emulate, present day society needs to be refined and traces of animosity nursed by crude and unscrupulous elements with vested interests or high-handed attitude would need to be refined.  To this end, everyone needs to scrupulously observe all norms and standards of decency irrespective of whether law is around or not and likewise everyone like responsible citizens need to be naturally formed, socially tuned and meticulously refined to be fully capable of fostering a sense of harmony amongst other citizens and people so as to embellish that spirit of honest and dignified living.

In other words, there is need for everyone to be duty bound to respect human beings, citizens and people and so spread around that spirit of oneness within the purview of a concept namely “Universal Love and Brotherhood”.  If at all this can be achieved, then and then alone can one claim to be physically balanced, mentally flawless, emotionally serene, humanly civilized, morally perfect, psychologically composed, spiritually devout and to top it all constitutionally a law-abiding citizen.

Should one utilize this methodology for a yardstick to gauge the worthiness of a person or persons being called an honest citizen or citizens of a modern day era, then neither the Indian Government presently holding the reins of power and doing their term since last over three years nor those criminals under whose support the present government ascended the seat of power would stand to be counted as free citizens of a free society.

Moreover, any person, organization, party or even an outfit which looks down upon other human beings with scorn or hate, he or she needs to be legally framed under draconian measures which must confine such elements or criminals to a state of isolation till he awakens to reality through abiding by a concept of “Universal Love and Brotherhood”.

Working on the above lines, the world needs to wake up now and immediately and totally Ban, Bar, Banish and Blacklist all such criminals from making the other nations and societies dark cavern or caverns of crime and contamination of society whether in the neighboring countries or elsewhere.  Released from a World Watch Forum by a Senior Citizen of 68!
