The country, the society and people as a whole are already withering under pressure of immoral and unethical obscenities and scandals. There is need to enlist volunteers to discipline people which will force public to become cleaner and disciplined.  Out of such volunteers, the Volunteer Squad intends to endeavour forwarding an appeal to all government departments, Institutions, organizations and also public and private companies, industrial houses to choose the right people for posting in government, public limited or private offices and institutions, for which Volunteer Squad would wish to promote the formation for preference to these disciplined volunteers.

Introducing a novel method of bringing about a change within the society, both in principle as also in practical aspects!  The above formation is intended to bring about a global change in public life, in our attitude, our interaction, our one-to-one as well as group-to-group exchange etc. for forging a period of renaissance and to see the nation reach a stage of commendable excellence. 

With sky-rocketing  speed in our day to day lives our attitude has descended to despicable and abysmally low level which need to be resurrected and to this end is being conceived a new formation of volunteers who would be entrusted with the task of taking care of both the minute as also the major aspects of public life.

The volunteer squad would be given the basic task of keeping watchful eye on the move, movements and motives of public and their related activities whether it be on the road, in public transport or even in public place, the squad would endeavor to connect with the key position and activities of people so as to enable the society develop a uniformity in the overall life of individuals and group.

The volunteers as the name implies would be carrying out a purely humanitarian service for the good of the nation and the people in general. However, simultaneously the group namely Volunteer Squad would endeavor to connect in equal measure with the government, institutions, departments and even companies concerned so as to ensure that these volunteers do not have to incur the wrath of people and departments for any deficit in their output or in their response with regard to their day to day lives and activities as a whole.

Simultaneously, the Volunteer Squad would also liaise with the government, institutions and departments to give special attention to the welfare of these volunteers so that they also be considered as the best bet for the nation when appointments to positions in government or departments are initiated.

The Volunteer Squad invites general public and citizens to be generous in enlisting themselves in the service of the nation and come forward to queue up for being selected to undertake such humanitarian service without reserve and without any craving to achieve a position or advantage.

Volunteer Squad is a novel process at bringing about enhanced mannerism and community oriented facelift being initiated and simultaneously put in to motion with a view to boosting prospects at making the present day society a socially viable, dynamically assertive and procedurally uniform mode in outlook and concept, so as to pave a pathway to aligning with the fast advancing world and people as also for enabling the society keep pace with a racing need to see the nation rise to a position of “Numero Uno” across the globe, a wholesome reality.

As everyone is aware, the world on the whole and the present day society in particular comprises of diverse categories of people each catering to their individual, collective or specific aims, objectives and priorities of people as the case may be.  Everyone is fully aware that the present day world has turned extremely aggressive and to this end, every individual has become an alien to himself.  That is to say, as of today no person can ever be trusted and no reaction by any one person or organization can ever be anticipated.  This poses a multi-dimensional dilemma, suspense and an indefinite risk to living for people at all levels in India as also around the world.  Needless to add, India as a nation provides an immensely diverse picture in all aspects widely speaking allowing not even the remotest possibility of narrowing down differences in perception by people of every category, profession, belief or culture.

Moreover, it is a well-known fact that India comprises of people with extremely conservative views having outdated techniques with wholly unquenchable aspirations professing mythical beliefs and catering to certain undying spirits which if not given due recognition could pose multi-dimensional pestilence to not only people, families, society or groups but may even tardy the process of government, which situation may ultimately create anarchy all around, which outcome is bound to be disastrous in the long run for the present day India and indirectly the world as well.

Added to this characteristic is the fact that owing to diverse views and perceptions nursed by people belonging to different states and locations of the land, there is always a likelihood as also an imminent danger of bickering among people on any particular issue or topic taking place, which could lead to partisan attitude by one or the other groups and as a result cause divisions among people.  Moreover, as is normally the case everyone sets for himself a goal which largely depends on his ambitions, errands, aspirations or individual cravings for which everyone at some time or the other would have to move out of their specific areas and thought process to reach out to people and topics of others’ grab, which attempts might set people at loggerheads causing irritants in the formation and system that is normally followed by people in public and in transport.

It is with an eye on setting the right concept needed to churn out a bright future for the people and societies as a whole and with specific intent to accelerate speed with which the present day society is progressing in regard to behavioral pattern being followed by people in public, in transport, on the road and in areas where lesser restrictions exist with regard to interaction by people and public and with specific eye on maintaining a code of   “Ethics, Manners & Etiquette” by one and all that it has become imperative to depend for the good of the society on a formation of young and energetic cadre, which would dedicate their extra hours for refining the society and giving the nation a symbolic high in the category of a “Numero Uno”, as a nation and as a people.

We therefore, as an ardent group of volunteers envisage promoting a society devoid of extremes be it in the overall habit and communication between people and groups or even in stemming of haphazard manner of provoking others in to standing up to safeguard their self-respect or dignity as the case may be that it has become expeditious to put together our energy for the betterment of the society and people in general.

We are a progressive group presently holding a very limited number of aspirants as members but are intent on adding to the number of volunteers for dedicating their services for refining the society as a whole and at the same time are hopeful of multiplying the present number in to a select group of formidable force for handling matters of common interest with considerable ease.  We seek everyone’s cooperation and also unstinted support so that the nation might find itself on the right track having such responsibility entrusted on the shoulders of its future citizens.

As the name as well as its characteristics suggest, this force is being deliberately controlled on a “No right-no liberty and much less any iota of oppression” intended against ordinary public and people, with an only intent to pave a way to sophistication in speeches, approaches and interactions, so as to curb any such menace hampering the day to day curriculum of people and formations solely for achieving its desired end.

The volunteers being enlisted by the group are constantly being kept informed of the need to restrain themselves from overacting in areas which would require utmost caution lest no case or instance balloons out of the laid down periphery and rhythm of peace and harmony or blow in to controversial issues lest they get blown out of proportion.

With such a chaste intent and resolve, this missive is being propagated to people far and wide with a request that concerned departments both in the government as also institutions including their heads do accord full cooperation in –

*        Primarily acknowledging the good work that these volunteers are doing for the nation.

*        Overlooking any delay or lapse in carrying out their day to day duties which may entail in any untoward delay or incident for which the superiors or the heads of departments and offices might excuse any of the volunteers of the forum.

*        None of the volunteers shall force or use force for engaging public or individuals to part with their belongings or their self-respect in any manner whatsoever.

*        No person or group ought to be penalized, taken to task or matter unnecessarily made to become a legal hurdle if and when a solution might become hard in the coming or an issue going out of control of the volunteers, in which case the volunteers might report the case to their formation only but with no resentment against anyone on the issue.

*        Volunteers ought to speak in one voice only but may relent in instances where a genuine difficulty might exist.  Whatever be the case the matter needs to be patched up on the spot without giving the issue or the person concerned a cause for concern or panic.                  

*        Volunteer Squad is capable of managing its own affairs within the provisions and forum constituted with utmost care and predilection.  As such, if and when any eventuality arises regarding ill-doing or acting with ill-motive by any particular person or member, he shall be subjected to counsel by the forum and within the forum only but with no outsiders getting involved in such instances.

*        Volunteer Squad will of its own deem fit as to whether, when and how it ought to get itself registered with any government body or institution.  As such, for the time being the body will float on its own for analyzing its advantages, repercussions and benefits as a private body of volunteers.

This Forum of Volunteers would expect unstinted cooperation from all concerned especially authorities and heads of departments of any and all government or private organization/ institution/ department/ Corporation etc as the case may be.

It is appointed unto every human being born in to this world to endure life related miseries, deprivation, hardship, worldly perils etc. in order to sustain both himself and equally enable the concept of life survive the entire fraction of the terminable span of that supposed life-time period for which the entire masterpiece of creation had become a reality and a life-like-form in diverse categories took shape to the delight of not merely the creator in terms of Almighty and Everlasting Being but the entire humanity as well.  Fortunately, man became a unique and distinct being endowed with reason and intellect to have become the only specie of flesh and blood category and blessed with a life of free will to dominate other forms of life, for inhabiting the planet Earth and to live life to one’s heart’s content.  In this manner was born a trend which through the ages developed in to a bond among human beings for life to exist and likewise death to extinguish the deepening trend of human existence, which bond gets interpreted in ordinary language as human fellowship. 

Incidentally, life consists of a combination of multipronged finite aspects which together enable kindle a sense of fondness among human beings towards one and all, even as life varyingly prompts the formation of a smile or two for some or the shred of few tears to others, the sequences of which normally light up a sunrise for some while for others who might have to wade through deep waters or grope through dark alleys of a mischievous night of misery and deprivation would have to endure a harrowing or perilous era which might as well mean a temporary sunset to content with. But together in the company of both the disillusioned and the fortunate ones as also through endurance of whatever life might provide for human beings, the world of humanity finally manages to churn out a new light of a new day even as the intermittent tearful aches gradually subside or fade away to be replaced with an air of expectation of another day.  In this fashion, as time advances slowly but steadily the dark era starts receding to the background whereupon the horizon would start lighting up to enable a novel era emerge out of the lull of a vanishing chapter commonly referred to as adversity. The world of humanity then gets back to add another leaf to a compilation of expectations thereby a forlorn life gets back its lost rhythm, a rhythm to breathe a new day, a day to build a new dream and a dream to light up a novel life, anew, afresh and apace with foregone events or miseries as the case may be.
